April begins
I have since 1993 hated the month of March... it only brings bad things to my family and friends... so I try to escape it.. which this year I went on a nice vacation and all that.. so it went decently well until the 25th... that is when a very close friend of the family's son died. He had just turned 28... the sme age as Shawn is.. wow.. makes you think.. Clint was a bright handsome man, who loved his 5 year old daughter more than anything... well anything except the drugs... he died of a drug overdose... his second in two years.. the first time almost killed him.. and he came back from that.. but he had back surgery and the pain medication evidently called him back.. and he did not win the fight this time... I am sad... sad for him.. sad for his parents and friends and family.. but mostly sad for the 5 year old little girl who will never truly know who her father was...
So here is to hoping that April will be better.. so far not looking so good. I have 1200 dollars in hail damage on my car... and I have been sick for the past two weeks now.. between stomach viruses and this bronchitis.. I feel like I have not been able to cuddle my husband in forever.. we dont want him to get sick .. and well now he is we dont want him to give it back to me... sigh...
On the bright side though.. my business is open out at Trader's Village in Grand PRairie and doing quite nicely.. although last weekend was a bust with me being sick and it snowed on Saturday morning and was very cold.. we did not open for business last weekend.. but we will be there this weekend.. woot woot...
