Part of my brain wants me to send Mr. Theeris, who is suffering an "Anywhere but this g*df*rs*k*n place!!!" sort of feeling this winter, down to Atlanta to share housing costs with you or something, but the greater part of my brain says it would be better to have the both of you close at hand here. Realistically, neither of you is fond of the cold or naturey-nature charm of this place, so you'd be better off where it's warm.
