Even though the cold rain wets your cheek,
The drop that falls on the petal overlaps with you
If that becomes like sunshine
the sparkle won't lose its color,
no matter how tarnished it is.
You had been crying for a long time, you thought it was the good chance to run away from me. It was a rainy day, the tiny droplets fell from the sky, falling on your head, mixing up with your tears. You left a note on the coffee table that I read when I got home. Without a second thought I grabbed my jacket and an umbrella, following the way you had been running. Eventually I found you, sitting on a bench, drenched by the heavy rainfall that just stopped, the sun shone on your face, making the droplets sparkle on your cheeks.
Ah, thinking it won't disappear,
Not just this, the feeling of sadness won't fade.
Within the eyes that endured tears, the light that is prettier than all else is collected.
Let's walk on the other side of the clouds.
I lifted you up from the stone bench, tugging you close into a tight hug. You sobbed quietly against my chest as I promised you life would get better for us. But I knew you wouldn't believe me immediately. You stared at me with your tear-filled eyes, they make me feel lighter than a feather. How could I make you believe me?
After the rain, a rainbow will appear.
If you listen carefully the beat that can be heard
is not something thrown aside.
It is gentle; the heart is merry.
Take this hand and strike the dust.
You will probably see that today and yesterday are now different.
The sun shone through the clouds, creating a rainbow above us. You rested your had against my heart, hearing the organ beating, it made you calm. But your tears didn't stop falling down your cheeks.
Oh, it's just one wound
As though the precious expectation has ceased. Leave it here.
Everyone will draw the bridge of all our hope in their hearts amid the dark.
When the rain lifts, we'll believe the dream built in the sky and go walking.
You thought living with me would be more like a dream, we were young, full of hopes for the future, but unfortunately homophobes and other troubles crossed our paths, we just had to let that pass us. Because after rainy days the sun will shine it's brightest. For us both.
Even though you continue to shout hoarsely and continue to flounder, it's just unrequited.
