Always room for peppermint...

Woke up this morning with Paul - he had to go to work... I stayed home... I managed to send off my resume(cv whatever..)/cover letter for my first job prospect then I spent the morning doing idle things like dishes and tidying the living room... and folding laundry... there was much tv watching and a little txting to Paul. There was a brief moment of motivation that had me thinking about going outside... but a look out the big front windows and I decided.. NAhh... the wind... the rain... I have no desire to catch a cold! So a short doze on the couch later and a nice impression on my face from my glasses...I decided a cup of tea was in order. However.. it was of the peppermint variety!

So last night I got bored and created a new WoW account... I know could this be the beginning of the end? it was just a the freebie account, Paul decided to create one too and we muddled around the draenei starting area... sadly we couldn't group together so while I ran off in one direction Paul was in another... it was a bit amusing I must say, since really, the quests are pretty old hat for me, and Paul hasn't played in ages... so while I was running around knowing where to go... or waiting for the silly quest mobs to give me the second quest to a quest I was on... I'd be constantly telling him to open his map.. and where the hell are you going? Sadly, this probably wont last long and he'll most likely surpass me in gaming skills... but for now... being better at something is quite pleasing...

On another subject - I received another bit of mail today! yay! it was my NHS number which means I can go see doctors now.. which is pretty darn awesome... and hopefully Paul sent off my other paperwork back to job source so I can have a number for taxes...

Secretly (okay not so secretly anymore) - I wish I didn't have to work but tbh it just isn't feasible and I'd totally get bored in no time I'm sure. But I don't mind doing house hold chores when I'm not working... it takes me minutes to straighten up an are or dust a shelf... or vacuum... or even fold laundry which I usually despise. I don't know I don't mind doing these things - probably because I'm *not* working and *not* tired from said work...

Maybe we can win the lottery...

Pah!
