Feels like the end of an era.
Look, I don't shop at Walmart if I can avoid it, because I don't like that they don't pay a living wage.
I don't buy food from Chik-fil-a because of the whole anti-gay marriage.
I won't even walk into a Hobby Lobby, after the whole anti-women's rights thing.
I don't buy Trump products.
I'm not going to give LJ the user hits.
I've got a perm account, so I have been working to delete ALL my entries and back up everything.
LJ-Sec had a decent free tool for deleting entries
BlogBooker works decently for backing up your journal, although you may have to pay to get it. However this allowed me to convert to documents and back up my journal into Google Drive, which was nice. I did pay for the privilege.
And finally Dreamwidth has a great tool and is similar to LJ.
