I promise--things will get better. I went through that for years and now I'm starting come out of it! It takes awhile but it will get better!

You welcome.:) I did these awhile back after you gave me the green light and wanted to share them with you. Last time the link did not work for you. I know what you are going through and it's rough going--but when the bad stuff starts falling away, you start reaping the benefits and it'll be slow going but over all-despite the bad trip--it's totally worth it in the long run. :)
