it's my boss's last day tomorrow. and i know i'm gonna cry. he's the best boss i've ever had. it totally sucks that he's transferring.

I know how you feel. But then again, is there a possibility of transfering too? Or if not, is there a chance you'll get a boss that you can easily mold into what you'd want them to be. There's always a silver lining if you look hard enough :-)

That sucks. Losing a good boss can be really disruptive.

It really sucks to lose somebody like that. I hope the job, or you for that matter, doesn't suffer for it too much.

I shudder to think what would happen if my boss left. I've told her before, she's not allowed to leave unless she's taking me with her. Seriously, she leaves, I'll start sending out resumes.
