sad news is, he has to leave for a month. we found out the other night that his dad is sick again, and wants him to come spend time with him in mexico for a while before things get really bad. dan has 8 brothers and sisters, but he and his dad are closest, so...he has to go. he's coming back in september, but this is going to be kinda sad. i will miss him.
in other news, my birthday is august 20, but i'm celebrating the night of the 19th, which is a saturday.
everyone coming? we're thinking jackalope.
