An VERY important trip...

NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTION.
Sure it's the 5th but whatever...I just got around to it.
Recently I've been thinking about making a New Year's Resolution because really, I've never made one. Or set a reasonable one but I think this one I may be able to pull off. Hopefully.
This year...I plan on saving my money. ALL my money. Why? I need over $1500 by November or this year. Why the reason for this? I plan on taking a trip. To Germany. Yes, I know it sounds like a bit much but you know how expensive travel is. Plus everything else. Gonna need a passport, shopping money, somewhere to stay; ya know, the essentials. And all of this is for a concert. Yup, just one little concert.
So now, the only way I can make so much money is from my share of the child support check and doing little jobs for people around me that I know (since it's impossible for me to go to school and have a job at the same time. It's one or the other.
) Okay, so maybe some of you understand what I mean. You've been in a money crisis and have had a deadline for something like this. Then there's another thing that could help my money crisis: Commissions. I've posted a previous journal where you can find my prices for my work. It's not that expensive. I wouldn't mind doing badges (for furry conventions and such) or bookmarks! It would be fun! I hope...and I LOVE drawing chibis. I do.
I'm also going to do something special. I decided I'm going to do shoes for anyone who wants them. The Depeche Mode pair are the only pair I've ever painted on so excuse my lack of experience. You send me a pair of plain, blank canvas shoes (such as Vans, Converse, or any other type of canvas-like shoe.) Just ask what I'm comfortable working on. You could also send me money, along with payment for the shoe work, and I'll go buy the shoes myself, If you specify what type. I think that I'll price them by what work you want done on them. Some things are easy, some things are harder...
I appreciate any help that is given to me. This trip would mean a lot to me and I really need the money. It would be my first trip out of the US in my 16 years of exsistance, and to where I want to go more than anywhere else in the world.
