Sunburns. Suck.
I am LOBSTER red. It burned my face...forearms...back...chest...neck to the point I am CRUNCHY (literally. Put the lotion on and hear it crinkle..)
Sissy has become my lotion whore. I becon and she slathers on all kinds of lotiony goodness. Granted the relief lasts maybe...20 mins top and the only thing I can do comfortably is sit and type...but it still is better then being able to fry an egg on my arm.
The part I mostly hate about this is I keep SHAKING. I dunno if it's from pain or from my body just giving off massive doses of heat. It's not constant but it does come in some spurts. Might be from my slightly rougher...yet still soft...silk nighty rubbing some very tender skin.
Other then that...family reunion was a blast. Dunked cousins. Helped bebe's swim and ate like a pig (which is natural for good family cookin). Now I am roasting and shaking...but I still had fun.
And yes, I plan on doing the exact same next year. Yes. Even the sunburn.
