PeGiNoWriMo
Proposition:
Those in Perse girls who sadly do not have the time and energy to write a novel in November can join in our little substitute NaNoWriMo-the PeGiNoWriMo: Perse Girls Novel Writing Month. This month will officially be August. The hand-in date will be something like 5th September, when we go back to school. Everybody who joins in the PeGiNoWriMo will have to promise to hand in whatever they’ve written on that day NO EXCEPTIONS (that includes you Galenfea). 50,000 words is the target but this can be lowered if participators feel it is unacceptable. After writing the novellas, we will all write a 500-word minimum commentary on every single piece: this way we can help each other improve. Corrections to spelling, grammar etc. do not count, but story flow, direction do. If by the end of August/beginning of September you haven’t written 50,000 words fine, just hand in what you have. The idea is to form some sort of group where we can mutually benefit each other and work on our writing abilities.
Suggestions for name of group? Oh, and will probably set up community for this too.
I was thinking ‘Project Pegino’ as community name or ‘Peginowrimo’
Oh, and explicit content WILL be allowed. There is no censorship. However, fanfic will not count. Zok and I will compile a list of rules which we will distribute.
