This is what happens in the next series! (not really, my unique and twisted sense of humour is coming into play again) Spoilers for the season 3 finale underneath too.
Martha tells the Doctor, and Donna as soon as she gets back on board, "I did ninja training during the Year That Never Was and I would've busted the Master's arse, after everything was reset and before he had time to blink but Lucy beat me to it. Oh, and I met a kick-ass guy, named Casey Ryback*, and we're SO in love!"
And Donna just smacks the Doctor lots, having copped off with Jack AND Ace during a refuelling session in Cardiff.
Then orgies happen and everyone is satisfied!!!
