Possible H_E communities

Just glancing through the FAQ/Main info of H_E, trying to decide which to join (if any)... so far, these strike my fancy:

H_E subcommunities... )

It's more fun to join all of them, trust me.

The only thing I'm worried about is if I have enough time for all of them (five communities! agh!).

You don't necessarily have to participate in every event/contest. Just join the subcommunities so you can see what pops up.

It's not as bad as it seems, for all of the communities. Most of them are challenge based, which means they aren't all that busy. There's a challenge posted, and then the voting/results. Diagon Elite and Prophet Elite are busy, but you don't have to do much with them, because you only have posting access to those if you are a shop owner or a prophet writer.

Really, the first week you're there, things will be a bit hectic, and then you'll sort through everything and it'll be fine. It also helps to make a separate filter for H_E stuff, and then you can check it out as it comes, or ignore it at your convenience.

One of the main reasons to join all the open communities is because then you'll be aware of things. You'll also be able to access the voting for contests, which is an easy way of getting house points.

Yay, you made it in! In case you were curious as to what my vote was, here it is:

No, dammit, stop squibbing! Argh!

This application was a little on the short side, but it still felt complete and well written and could you BE anymore Hufflepuff? I want you in the badger den NOW.

You seem like a fun person and you've read BSC. Mind if we friend each other?

sure, friend away :) aw- thanks for the vote. some hufflepuffs did squib me but I don't hold it against them. I think the only person I don't like is the ravenclaw (or is he slytherin?) who said I was a liar; anyways, he's not a hufflepuff.

RUNES ELITE//QUILLS ELITE - Are related. Teachers write lessons. The 'lecture' is posted in Runes Elite, and the 'assignment' is posted in quills elite. All assignments are then graded and earn points for your house.

QUIBBLER ELITE - mostly cool for Game Sheet Challenge (scrambled words and passages, time and accuracy based scoring) and Lost & Found challenge (Find a list of things, like a virtual scavenger hunt, again time and accuracy based)

PROPHET ELITE - limited people can post. Basically everything they post is graded, like runes/quills, and earns points. If you're interested in this one, you have to win something elsewhere.

CREEVEY ELITE - fanfiction and fanart. If you don't write/draw it, and don't like to look at it, no point in joining, other than so taht you can look at it if you want to. If you DO like writing/reading or drawing/looking at fan things, it's all for you.

Hope that helps. Oh, I'm a prof for Runes/Quills, it's my lesson that's up right now, if you're interested in seeing what it's about.

I don't blame you. *G* Basically, I'd suggest just joining everything, and then if you find yourself not using it, either leave or remove it from your flist.

oh boy! another one? Once I get set with H_E and HH, I'll look into HiH. Right now, I feel a bit overwhelmed since I just started.
