Title: The Wizard of Gotham
Fandom: Batman/Harry Potter crossover
Summary: After failing to cheat Bruce Wayne on a deal for drills, Vernon Dursley takes his frustrations out on Harry Potter, by abandoning him in Gotham City.
Why I recommend it: Lol, I can honestly say that I've never seen anything like this before. Harry does NOT get picked up/adopted by Bruce Wayne, in fact, it's one of the other side that takes him in hand. Not only that, but Snape dies in a truly humorous way, and the Gotham underground is convinced that "the Headmaster" is a new villain in their midst. Truly a unique, humorous, and an all together enjoyable read.

Fandom: AtS
Summary: Takes place in season 3. As Darla prepares to give birth, Cordelia interferes with an attempt on Angel's life, but the consequences of her actions land her two years in the past, mere days before Doyle is to die on the Quintessa.
Why I recommend it: It's a Doyle fic, with some great Cordelia characterization. Need I say more?
Title: The Truth About Romeo
Fandom: Smallville
Summary: There were a few things about Whitney that Lana never knew. There's things about Chloe that Clark will never know.
Why I recommend it: It's not exactly Chloe/Whitney as a romantic pairing, more of a deep friendship between the two. It's a great one-shot, and supremely satisfying for someone who finds Lana all kinds of annoying and Clark all kinds of dense.
Title: Forget Me Not: A Story of Broken Promises
Fandom: Harry Potter
Summary: Ten years ago, Salazar Slytherin left Hogwarts. Now he brings war to the school he helped to build, determined to claim it as his own-and to slay all those who seek to stop him.
Why I recommend it: I don't usually like Founder fics, because any kind of personality can be applied to them, resulting in rampant OCs that just have the same name as the Founders. Same problem I have with RPS, except at least RPS has some aspect of the actors' personalities. Still, this fic isn't really about the Founders, more about the love of Hogwarts and regrets.
Title: The Best Laid Plans
Fandom: Charmed
Summary: Piper is trying to plan Chris’s wiccanning, but attacking demons, a new power and a jealous Wyatt keep getting in the way. Plus, Piper finds out that Leo's been lying to her.
Why I recommend it: I was severely irked by the show's completely disregard for the Chris storyline after it was over, and this fic was kind of a balm to that. There's action, there's drama - as Piper does find out about Chris dying - and, of course, sibling rivalry at its earliest.
