(no subject)
So you know how I said I would update on Monday about my promotion? Well it's Saturday, and oh jeeze I've been busy.
But now that I'm waiting for my dye to set, I have time!
As of Monday (two days from now) I will be the assistant manager of the body shop in the RBC centre! :D Whee!
For those out of the loop, the RBC plaza is actually underground, in the path system that links union station to the eaton centre. The body shop is located right at the path entrance at union station, bay and front if you're above ground.
And the whole assistant manager deal means I get a salary! Like a real person! And two weeks vacation! And possible bonuses!
And a super sweet part about this store is that they're not open Sundays! I don't ever have to work Sunday because there's no way I can! Ahahaha!
To fully appreciate how ecstatic I am about the whole no-more-Sundays thing consider this, in the past 5-6 years of working retail I have almost always, without fail, been the Sunday person. It's crazy. And horribly consistent. But not anymore! Ahahahahaha!
Alright, so yeah. That's my news. :)
And I'm already behind on my NaNo...
Thankfully there's a magical 'extra' hour in the day allowing me to get a million and two things done. Thanks farmers!
