That's very true ^^ Adding filia and xellos in the mix for the novel storylines would make them tons better. I'm not only saying that as a xelfi fan but also as a realist. Xellos is obviously a fan-favorite ever since he showed up in Next. I think that's why they had xellos in rev/evo-r. To have a scenario of fighting shabby just with the slayers gang plus xellos in the mix. Filia was also a very popular character in japan. I found a magazine scan for the results for a popularity contest (poll) on who is the better heroine? Filia or lina? Filia won that hands down!

They had lina and filia posing next to each other and they had metals around their necks. Filia had like 4 of them while lina had only 2.

Oh! You'll luv this! A chibified xellos placed a pink ribboned medal on filia while he was having a thought-bubble of when lina stepped on his head. While filia and xellos have that love-hate relationship xellos holds her in a higher esteem than lina, if for nothing else than filia never being so cruel as to step on his face! LOLZ

Just another piece of evidence that the creaors of the anime supported xellos/filia.

Ahahaha! I wouldn't doubt it if some of Lina's antics have counted against Xellos's overall opinion of her -- having your face stepped on hurts even if you're mazoku after all. :p

I've had this pic for ages, but I never knew that's what was happening in it. Hee~ Now I have another reason to love it. <3
