I don't want to work

I don't know if it's the weather or the fact that I hooked up with a Norwegian guy last night, but I am in a super anti-work mode.  Albeit I have nothing to actually do at my internship right now, but I don't even want to do the homework that I brought with me and I can't think of anything good to pass the time.  So, I am just twittering here in my seat.

Observation: being 21 in New York feels the same as when I wasn't 21, it's just that now I don't have the anxiety that my ID will be rejected.  Other than that, my social life is exactly the same.  Besides, now that I am without a job I am even less inclined to spent money on drinks.

So last night I went to a Hispanic Heritage event.  Yummy food and (slightly weak) drinks made for a good night.  Then at 10 we bounced and decided to go to a gay club.  Let me note that at 10 I was tired and ready to call it a night.  It's kind of sad how old I feel/act.   I just turned 21 and my bedtime is 11pm.  However, my friend dragged me to the club and there was a guy that was checking us out.  I finally mustered the courage to talk to him and it turns out he's on holiday from Norway, and is a journalist.

Well (me being...me) we ended up dancing together and then making out in the downstairs area and then we headed to his hotel.  I'm sure you can imagine what happened next.

So, I've been giddy for most of the day due to the fun times I had last night.
