Theo: the one I gave away, yes. I'm on babysitting duty because vampires don't eat me. Note the little marks on her neck.
Jade: Bah. Vampires are annoying
Theo: indeed. Firi's got her own little stalker
Jade: can't you cover her in garlic or something?
Theo: she objects when I try that.
Hygd: *tries to get at other baby*

Opal: *bats at, mostly playfully*
Theo: they never believe me when I say that anymore
Hygd: *ponders if baby is food*
Jade: Probably shouldn't have poisoned those cookies before
Opal: *catches a hand and looks very surprised, drops it again*

Hygd: *lunge*

Jade: It's a mistake we all make

Theo: I'll bear this lesson in mind for the next life

Jade: She's what, three weeks old? Give her a bit, and I'm sure she'll be just like Eowyn

Jade: so that's ok, then
Theo: no kills up until getting her head smashed in by a horse. I like to consider that a sign, thank you
