My cousin Amanda had her twins via c-section a few days ago.
The babies are conjoined with two heads but only one heart, two legs and two arms. From what I've heard, they share all major organs inside their body. The survival rate for conjoined twins like them is sadly low. Most are stillborn and those that aren't usually only live for 24 hours or so.
They've been marked as DNR and she's taken the boys home with her and her husband, to spend as much time as possible with them before they go.
Ugh. So sad..
