Wide awake

I can't help but to put off sleep to do other "more important things" like play or work. The problem is that I'll operate at ~90% for a few consecutive weekdays but would crash to make up for the accumulated sleep debt by the end of the week. This process has gone on for the last few years and it's a bit ridiculous that I can't seem to unwind from my mountain of stuff to-do and get myself into bed when 11PM rolls around knowing full well that I need to get up at 6/7AM. My saving grace is a shower and a cup of coffee to wake me up in the mornings. ARGHHHH I seriously need someone to yell at me on a daily basis to get to bed at a reasonable hour. GOSH I annoy myself >_
