I should be out Christmas shopping, I even did my hair and stuff--but we have freezing rain so I'm bumming around here still. Plus I didn't get outside before dark to try and put on a new windshield wipers on my car (I busted one while scraping the ice off the windshield the other day, whoops!). I suppose I should be cleaning in case my mom does come out here tomorrow. We plan to go see Return of the King tomorrow together! Yay!

We saw The Two Towers together the day it came out. She didn't want to go to the 'cheap theater' that I love, so we drove all over looking for one that wasn't sold out and ended up there anyway. The cheap theater is very clean and nice. The other theaters in town charge like $7.50 for a matinee, $4.50 for a water. That's insane! It's $2.50 at the place I go, and a dollar for water. I can actually afford that. And it's cleaner and has better food.

I'm seriously thinking about going in costume. For TTT I had my hair in 'warrior braids', and for Fellowship, without meaning to at all, I had my hair styled exactly like Elrond's in the council scene. Even down to the silver butterfly clip and knotted forelocks. I swear I was sitting behind Treehugger's Tricksy Trio too.

So, just sitting here doing nothing. I'm watching some news thing about the red rain that fell yesterday. They think it was from a dust storm down south. At least it wasn't something toxic. There's a red sludge on everything. Another reason why I wasn't out there leaning on the car trying to put on new wipers.

New icon--I had a veeeeeerrryyy interesting dream about this guy on my birthday. If that bow was any smaller it wouldn't cover his, erm package.

Oh! I cornered my boss while he was sniffing glue the other day (alright, he was glueing some broken stuff) and asked about the insurance. I was told that I could get on the insurance immediately because my other insurance is dropping me, according to an IRS rule. He muleishly insisted that I could only get on during the enrollment month. But I did get the number for my store's corporate office while at work and called them instead. The woman there knew what I was talking about. So, as long as stupid boss doesn't tell them I am not eligible (he told me I was, so if he says no I'll have to hurt him) *fingers crossed* I can get some insurance soon hopefully. YAY!!!

fangirling, stupid work, phb, two towers, movie, ringer, lotr movies, return of the king, lord of the rings, evil boss, insurance, lotr
