The best thing that happened today was when I had to card a man and he said, "Damn, I bet I am old enough to be your father, girl!" He said it twice too, insisting, and I looked at his ID and he was only nine years older than me. XD :D XD Hee-hee ( Read more... )

I hadn't heard of that before. I asked about it and I'm getting that done. :D

This guy seems a litle slow to do things. "Well, let's give it more time..." Well, my co-workers are tired of me screaming when I accidentally put my foot down. >:|

i forsee a lot of use out of this icon as well jadedscorpion July 3 2010, 07:16:01 UTC
I thought of you when I found that icon. It's a Dilbert quote. I feel that way a lot at work, like "When I learn to explode heads with my mind, you're the first to go!"

This doc promises lithotripsy, just whenever he gets his butt back from vacation. I want him or somebody to remove this bone spur. I just talked to someone who had four removed from one foot and was walking in two hours. Course, anything I do goes horribly wrong....

I got that Malwarebytes software. My geek squad guy thinks it's something to do with my firewall settings, but nothing I've tried fixes it. When I updated Firefox a couple of versions ago, I suddenly couldn't access half of LJ, my own blog included, though on rare occassions the page does load. Firefox and LJ claim the problem is on my end. I can turn off my idiot antivirus but the problem still persists. So I'm stumped.

I knew a guy who had a bone spur on his heel and had it removed...it was a long time ago, though, and the details are fuzzy. I do know he was in a hell of a lot of pain---no wonder your feet hurt so much!

I'm pretty sure they don't just 'go away'. :(

I asked the doc about the heel spurs and he said they don't go away. Unless we remove them. He acted like that was a crazy extreme, I'd rather just get it over with and do it now. The soon-to-be nurse at work said she had a heel spur removed and was up and about shortly after.

I totally have almost destroyed everything that holds the bones together from standing so much. He's like, "H-how are you walking?" No wonder I was in so much pain. I'm so much better now than I was, but I'm still unable to function. Just crossing my feet is impossible. Heck, I should be asleep now, but I'm hurting too much to do so.
