Japanese law says you must give 6 months notice to Evict. The leassor, must give the Leassee 6 months. too bad we are subleassees. You see, that means we depend on the Leassee (Nova) to pay the rent, and to notify us of changes in the rentor agreement. Nice of them to give us plenty of notice.
5 Days is enough to find an apartment, pack up and move right?

Good thing I saw this one coming. Fortunately I have a place in line, and can move in this week. just thought I had a month or two more... ah well, thems the breaks.
Odds on getting my next pay check.... I will be generous for now, 50%. But they may fall as soon as tomorrow. Keep watching this spot true believers, Life is getting a whole lot more interesting in Japan. :D
