Why as a society, do we hate nothing?
Today I was teaching a class. They asked me what I did on the weekends. I said, 'nothing'.
Now this is not true, I do something, but I plan for nothing. It is ultimately very relaxing. and in many ways the only real freedom we have. to create a space in time, not merely an hour, but a whole day. A day that belongs to no-one or nothing, and then fill it as we feel in the moment.
I think our society places too much stock in having a plan all the time.
