the day got better...

its nice out right now...thank gawd...it was snowing so badly this morning and right now it is sunny and fairly balmy for southern ontario...I do enjoy driving in this weather..it is so cheerful and relaxing ...I am not freezing my ass off or fearing myself driving off the road into a ditch or into oncoming traffic...heh

things are fine here at home...Dave is working midnights and Drew is doing his homework and going to the Y tonight for his leadership program...he loves that program so much...I am glad he enjoys the Y..the gift that keeps on giving :)

cocoa is doing well..he is very active Drew reports and the cats are going strong...I have increased my fruit intake so Jack the fruity cat has been partaking in this sustenance with me...while I eat something he has to at the same time..but..I have to hold it..he will not eat it if I put it down on the table..or in a dish...I have to hold it...wacky cat..
he came into bed with me during the night..I think he realised how restless I was last night after I woke up from a nightmare...and you all know when I have nightmares they are awful...so I was awake for a while and put a movie on tv...cliffhanger lol..but it was distracting and between Jack purring in my ear and pawing my face lovingly and the odd lick I fell asleep again...so that was ever so nice :)

kitty cuddles rock...

work is still gearing up as usual...my boss told me that he needs me to fill in more..I am stretched to the limit...as it is..but he doesn't seem to understand that till I collapse...I could say no..but in our company if you do that too often then they don't call you for the extras at all...because I am reliable it is a handicap lol because I get called all the time..I get radioed constantly while driving..the one thing I won't do is give Kent my cell number..because if I did..I would never get any peace....

so..life goes on..the seamonkeys are still kicking believe it or not...what is that...a good month now..? I am impressed lol

here is a fitting quote from Geoge Freedley

Four little persians, but only one looked in my direction. I extended a tentative finger and two soft paws clung to it. There was a contented show of purring, I suspect, on both our parts...

have a great evening !!!
huggles :)
