Life at SAIC Video Contest - win cash!
Dear Marissa,
Would you like to earn some cash? Then consider participating in the"Life at SAIC" video contest. We want your interpretation of what life at SAIC is like. This project can be done collaboratively or independently and is open to all SAIC undergraduate and graduate students. Chosen videos will be credited to the artists(s) and featured on the SAIC website, SAIC on iTunes U site, EXTV website and featured in other educational, not-for-profit SAIC communications including admissions presentations to prospective students.
Prizes:
First place winner will receive $800
Other prizes will range from $200 - $400 depending on the amount of submissions.
Deadlines:
Submission deadline: January 31, 2008
Decision deadline: February 28, 2008

Dear Rae,
I have a small problem with helping the school advertise for a mere $800.
We all know how much the school logo cost- and it was outsourced!
I think if the video's really worthy of all those efforts, the prize should be a
lot bigger ($10,000 sounds good to me- cause that money would undoubtedly go
back into the school through the form of tuition anyway!).
I have videos of what life at SAIC is REALLY like- and you would pay me a LOT
more not release them.
