Well honestly what did anyone expect? Lestat is well known for having a very destructive temper, dude shouldn't have taunted him. If ya going to poke the tiger in his den expect the tiger to tear you to shreds. Just saying..

I know his temper well enough, but a mortal taunting him means nothing. He's been completely unable to explain his recent actions against these individuals despite our many conversations about it.

It's a puzzling thing isn't it? I mean puzzling in the sense that it is completely not like him to do something like this. Not in the sense that he was never capable of it and then suddenly is capable.

Indeed. He is capable of great acts of cruelty and violence, but they are always with some cause or purpose. This simply makes no sense to me.

Nothing makes sense to me these days. I blame those scientists with that proton collider thing. They broke the universe and then thrust us all into this hellish one.

To even attempt to follow American politics right now would be an undertaking that I do not have the time nor patience for. I know who is in charge of the country, of course, but am baffled as to how he got there.
