SNOW?!!
It's SNOWING! A LOT! It's nearly April and it's snowing. I can't believe it.
I need to stop in at the bookstore after class and return two of the books from the class I was going to take but dropped. It was the upper level lit. class about women, nature and culture. It sounded awesome, but I just know it would have been insanity, and I would have gotten behind very quickly. I'm already behind in my reading for the other classes I'm taking, I can't imagine how much it would suck to add that extra lit. class. Besides, it was going to be a really small class, only 11 people, 5 of whom would have been graduate students. I'm glad that I dropped it. I'm keeping four of the books, hopefully I'll actually read them, as they are rather expensive altogether.
I bought a couple of boxes of couscous the other day to try. I cooked one last night (Wheat, roasted garlic and olive oil flavor) and had it with peas and chicken, and it was really good.
