Half a day passed by without doing anything. Actually, I was waiting for my group mate in one of my classes. And since she didn't come, she texted she won't, I decided to go to the salon. Mama and Mommy were there, oh how I missed them both.
Getting there
The trip to Katipunan wasn't that hard. I've been taking UP-Katipunan trips ever since I came here. It was going to be my first time to take a jeepney ride to our salon by myself, from Katipunan. I stood there for about ten minutes trying to figure out which jeepney I had to ride. I guess I got lucky taking the Angono jeepney. I got there safe although I hated the person right next to me whose sweat was..ooh..don't let me get started on that. On that 10-minute jeepney ride, I tried to squeeze every molecule in my body to its smallest size. Another part that I hated about the trip is the jeepney itself. I have always hated the jeepneys going there. Them jeepneys with loud music, you can't even figure out how you'll tell them where you're going to drop off. How much change you need. Gahd! So I dropped off at the subdivision's gate. My last dilemma was crossing that ever so busy street. Good thing Mama was there waiting for me.
At the salon
I didn't even know why I was there. I just had this sudden urge to go there. Missing them, yes. I just read the new-yet-old magazines we had. Talked with my mom, about a lot of random stuff. Laughed with them...Ate some food...and decided to go home.
On the way home
The songs played by the radio station the jeepney driver was listening to reminded me of highschool. Sophomore year. Singing Parokya ni Edgar, Rivermaya and E-heads songs during breaks, that was what we did. I didn't know I would be reminded about it for more that an hour. We were stuck in traffic from 5:30 to about 7:30. I didn't even notice that I had fallen asleep on my mom's shoulder. Mom woke up when we were about two minutes away from the terminal. Tiring. Good thing I already bought something for dinner.
After dinner...
Went to coop to buy water(cold water) and my breakfast for tomorrow..COOKIES! Yum, yum, yum...
I almost forgot...I have to think about the cheering routine..I agree with Gwen...
