This picture of a sky-crane helicopter enlisted to help fight the fires looks a lot like the one we used for the chiller project on the hotel. I remember almost stopping traffic that day because those helicopters look so weird, almost like a flying wrench. :\ And we were to blame for the back-up that morning, since we tied up traffic on the street right before the airport entrance.
Bra burning is a thing of the past in the Phillipines. I hope they didn't get docked for the garments they threw in the air to celebrate their hard-earned victory.
And what I mistook to be packages of takuan are actually packages of heroin. :\ Keep me away from drugs 'cause I'll probably mistake them for food.
