Photo: Definition of a Journal
I needed some stock photography for my website. Nothing much, just an image for my photo journal is what was required. I created a small set up with a dictionary and my glasses. I tried to add a pen to the composition, but it didn't quite work out for me. The lighting is a bit flat on this one, but it's pretty clear. I might redo this one a little bit, maybe an overhead shot.
I liked this one, and had wanted to use it for the website, but I needed something that was on a portait orientation and would fit into the template I had created. A similar shot ended up being used instead which showed much more of the other entries, but I actually prefer this one.
