Want to know more about (mainly Fandom) me?
Well, here we go.... This list will be updated whenever I think of something else to add to it.
- I am the girl who carries a book in her handbag in case she ever gets stuck waiting somewhere.
- I am a former Twi-hard who deeply resents the delusional teeny-boppers for harshing her squee.
- I am a proud member of Ravenclaw, Slytherin AND Hufflepuff... stupid inconsistent personality tests. Either that or I have dissociative identity disorder.
- I am an unabashed fangirl of pretty bad boys who are sarcastic, snarky, emotionally constipated, in major need of a hug or freshly baked cookies and are in possession of a heart of gold ,no matter how deep down they hide it.
- I am a pro at denial and see canon as more of a basis from which to flesh out my own reality and twist it to my will.
- I am a fan of Glee despite... nay, because of, it's "failings". It's a satire people. It doesn't take itself seriously, why should we?
- I am able to find someone more physically attractive the more I get to know/like their personality.
- I am strangely calmed and feel infinitely safer when I know that there is a supply of salt on hand.
- I am so completely addicted to porny web-comics.
- I am dubious about the love I get for my stories on FF.net because of how many story alerts I get on fics that are CLEARLY marked as complete. Can I really trust these peoples' opinions?
- I am new to appreciating the wonder that is pretty boys with Mohawks/fauxhawks... Preistly and Puck and Duncan, oh my!
- I am 98.7% certain that everything can be related back to Supernatural. Everything.
- I am incapable of watching/reading anything without finding at least one pairing to ship.
- I am terribly shallow sometimes and will watch something for the first time based solely on my attraction to one of the characters. But it does take more that a pretty face to keep my attention in the long run.
- I am unable to look directly at Jared Padalecki's ever-expanding-forehead/Chris Colfer's face/Jabba the Hutt's tongue/Ryan Reynolds in a fat suit.
- I am the Wicked/Wizard of Oz fan who points at the screen and is all "He's not afraid of the witch.See that look! He so loves her!". I can make myself see subtext.
- I am disgusted by Glee's dismissal of Bisexuals but can't bring myself to stop watching it. It makes me laugh.
- I am GOING to, one day, own a 4-door '67 Chevy Impala... even if It kills me.
- I am probably going to continue to watch cartoons and children's television until the day I die. Society can deal with it!
- I am sure I will always cry at certain movies no matter how many times I watch them: The Notebook, Beaches, Casper, A Walk to Remember, The Land Before Time, The Never-ending Story, Titanic, Brokeback Mountain and many more... I'm very emotionally open.
- I am the girl who can recall countless actors/musicians/famous peoples names, movie/song/TV titles, plots and lyrics but sometimes fails to recognise when someone is quoting a line from one of her fave movies.
- I am able to completely own all of my guilty pleasures. Why deny enjoying something?
