Today's Writing Effort
I went to town today for groceries and ran into a gal that I hadn't seen since High School graduation ... almost 30 years ago. Her name is Erin Greytak. Here she is in our yearbook. It was crazy running into her. She said that she knew it was me as soon as I turned around in the Walmart. I'd gone in for something that I forgot to put on the list. Looking at her old high school photo and she hasn't changed much either.
AJ and Kody came by before I went to town and I got to talk to them a little bit. I'm going to crochet them matching hats for their birthdays. Both will be belated, but there's nothing to be done about that this year. Well, they'll be matching patterns, but not colors.
Later in the evening, Sappho got sick with some sort of stomach bug and she barfed. I hope that the whole house doesn't get whatever it is that she has. It's almost Yule.
