I awoke to more emails from the relator. We got four more offers today, one of which went up to $175K, when we only listed the property at $159K. I was really pleased. Now there are some things to do, and counter offers to make, but I think that we may have a buyer by the end of the week and have things closed up by Valentine's Day. James has been really supportive and happy for me that this is getting done at long last.
I also had my massage with Mariah today. I look forward to this all week long since I've been pretty stressed out and sleep deprived for a long time now. But with things going so well with the property now, hopefully some of that stress will be reduced.
