Today's Writing Effort It's a delicate balance to keep the house warm, but not too warm, and keep the fire going at the same time. Mostly it means that I have to tend to it more often. But at least that means that I can sleep at night without it being too hot. That's not something I've ever had to worry about in the middle of winter.
Simeon came over to clean out more of the garage so that he can continue to build the rabbitry for the back yard. It's going to be ... interesting.
I didn't get to hang out with James today really, and that was unusual, but I suppose it's bound to happen once in a while.
I did get the opportunity to sign the agreement for the sale of the property in Bigfork. Now all we need to do is have my brothers sign, and we can list the property at long last. Cory still wants to ask for more money, but I trust the relator to have a good eye for these things. I told Cory that if he wants to talk to Diana about the asking price, then he can call her directly and he doesn't need to go through me to express his opinion. I just want this to be over. The only thing I know for sure that I want to do with the money is to get my car detailed. That's it. Anything else is up for discussion and debate.
