Today's Writing Effort

After my morning animal care, I puttered around the house for a bit. I called and facilitated the payment for our soil sample analysis and I had to make several calls to get a repair visit scheduled for our leaky washing machine. I rotated the seedlings and had to re-do the time for the lights and heater because for some reason they hadn't come on. *Le Sigh* They should be okay now since I did a little bit of a test run and it went well.

In the afternoon, I did my Biolife donation. I had to wait until the road was fixed and passable again. But yay for not getting stuck in the quagmire. :)

When I got home, I read a bit and watched a little TV. I talked to Jenny about how her day was and it was kind of nice.

In the evening, Ethan and Mariah came over because Ethan forgot some things. I'm just glad that they didn't ask me to bring the things all the way into town this time. I also watered the seedlings so they don't get dried out.

Mostly, I think I moped a little bit without really realizing it. maxheadwidth is in Pennsylvania until Monday (Jenny took him to the airport super early) and oldfellowbunyip has a lot of work to do and a wedding to go to tomorrow. Maybe I'll get through the book for book club before Sunday, or at least most of the way through. I've read the book before, so it's just a refresher re-read.
