Today's Writing Effort I discovered, when I fed and watered the cats/chicks/geese/bunnies/chickens, that one of the Silvers had escaped again. And one of the sleek white bunnies too. I was able to spook the white rabbit into going back in the way he got out and I latched the gate again because it had come unlatched again. I think I might have fixed the problem, but we'll know in the morning.
I got ready for my day and read a little bit and took Ethan, Bastion, and AJ into town to pick up Isabella and we all went to the
International Culture And Food Festival at the University Of MT campus. I had heard some things about the Festivals of years past and I have to say that this year was ... kind of meh. Apparently in years past, the students would prepare international foods and this year there were just food trucks that all had some international connection. There was Thai food and a Taco truck and one truck whose international food was
Poutine ... from Canada. Yes, it's international, but it's not exactly exotic or unusual.
We got food and then the kids played up in the University Center game room and after a while, we all went home. Isabella hung out with us for a while and helped out with some things here.
In the afternoon, Ethan and I found and re-captured our missing Silver bunny and put her back in Gen Pop with the rest of the bunnies and chickens and all was right with the world. :)
Then I read some more and watched a little TV and let AJ borrow the car to take Isabella home. He ended up staying for dinner there and coming home just as we were having dinner, which
maxheadwidth prepared for us.
Since we started on a new chore schedule for the boys, I didn't have to do the dishes tonight. That was really kind of nice. Having three days off of dish cleaning makes me so happy I could just squee.
There was a little while in the evening when I couldn't find Venus. I tried all of the rooms ... twice. Finally, I checked outside for the second time and there she was. She must have slipped out when AJ came home. I was worried for a little while because I want to make sure my baby is inside at night.
In the evening, James and I watched a YouTube video and had a long, wonderful conversation that led to some really hot Adult Fun Playtime. Really hot.
And because Jenny had a kind of a rough day, I was totally okay with James spending the night with her. It's all part of the Poly thing, and it's something that I think I'm really good at even though this is my first Poly relationship. It makes me happy to help James be happy and this isn't situational. I feel this way about
oldfellowbunyip too and I think it's something that is a part of who I am when I am in a relationship.
