Meat Rabbits Ahoy
Today's Writing Effort
Today was a bit of a wash. I couldn't sleep most of the night due to the Contractors banging around all night long. But I got some sleep. I fed the cats and went back to bed. When I got up finally, I puttered around a little bit. I looked at some job listings and read a bit. I listened to some more Writing Excuses episodes and generally tried to keep myself mildly occupied. I did do a sewing project that I'd been meaning to do for a while. I sewed up my unicorn, Fluffy, so that he doesn't go flat on me. I like him to be a "pet", not a "pillow".
maxheadwidth and Jenny didn't get home until late in the evening and they went about processing two of the oldest batch of bunnies. They did that out by the barn. I couldn't help because I got so upset about the mouse thing yesterday that I just couldn't bear to help kill the bunnies.
But after they were done, Jenny cooked up a little late supper and we ate together. Then James and I got some reading/studying time together in my room. Jenny was sleeping up in James' room because her room is a bit of a disaster zone at the moment.
James slept upstairs with Jenny tonight, though we made plans to go see a movie on Tuesday night. That make me happy. :)
