I had an awesome weekend.
Had my birthday drinks on Friday in Glebe which I had fun and got to hang out with a variety of people I know - uni, roleplaying, work, high school (too bad the place shut early).
Hung out with Hef and Stacey doing the pattern tracing and cutting for our Eye Con dresses on Saturday afternoon. Went to Kizz's birthday drinks. The bar upstairs was suppose to close at 11pm but the guy willingly stayed back for overtime until 2pm so cheers to the barman.
Sunday involved driving out to Rhodes shopping centre (what a crappy design for a carpark) and having lunch at Dolci Dolci. Then we headed to DFO for shopping - I grabbed some nice patent red flats - yay!!!
Car broke down on M4 cos we ran out of petrol just before the toll gates so Stacey, Hef and I sat there until some rude 'ranga' from NRMA gave us some petrol and we headed off.
Now I am bed bound at home. I think when it wasn't a great idea that I was walking around in a sleeveless top and going, "I'm not cold!" and now I have the flu. Oh well, at least I get to watch the 2008 Tropfest and start on 5th season of Buffy followed by birthday dinner with the folks tonight.
