Sorbet ladies and other things...
Day went well.
I wore almost a uniform to work today. I mean who really wears yellow? Well I do at frequent but incidently Ramona and I showed up in a lemon button up shirts and black bottoms. And it was noticed - Daniel has dubbed us to be the "Sorbet Ladies" (like the pink ladies). And funnily enough, Monique was going to wear her yellow shirt but decided against it cos it was dirty - how weird would that be?
Then during lunch (brown rice sushi - yum yum!!!) in kitchen, Chris makes a comment about the uniform and in comes Rhys in a similar long sleeve blue striped shirt. Matches Monique's shirt. I comment on the barber shop quartet only that they were missing one and then Maria walks in with a similar shirt. Yellow shirts a uniform - I think not!
I'm still kinda PAing for Noddy but I guess he is kind of letting me get a foot in the door - he's getting one of the legals to let me know when the legal positions open up next (though I'm not sure I want to head that way anymore). Noddy tried to pull a joke again asking "How much will I have to pay you to do my property law exam for me?" Though it would be good and a short task, I wouldn't produce results. My reply, "You're dreaming".
Didn't end up doing the RPM class cos Monique was still sore from pump yesterday and it was on later (despite we left the gym when the class would have finished anyway). So we did 30 minute intervals on the treadmill, 15 minutes on the upright stationary bike, 5 minutes on the row machine and 5 minutes on the step machine.
My plan is to get to bed earlier tonight. I haven't had enough sleep lately. Sarah told me that I should sleep better now that I'm hitting the gym 5 days a week. I don't feel it :-( Damn insomniac!
