So. Today (and I have a feeling he'll get mad at me because I'm posting all of this) as yahyaa and I were walking through school he said to me: "You know, you could be tired all the time because you have diabetes". Those are also symptoms of a not-so-great diet, as you've said you don't have. Before you rush to a conclusion as serious as diabetes (YACHYAA) try a week on vegetables and protein drinks and such.

You've kind of always been like that. But yeah. Try eating something that isn't shit in a box for a while. It might help. Hell, I need to start doing that. I'm so exhausted here. It kind of sucks.
Definitely hit up the protein. Lou is very right there.

yahyaa also said that i could be tired all the time because i don't have much energy meaning i should start exercising / working out. Which is what we will work on today, hopefully.
and i have been getting as much protein as i can lately. with protein bars, boca burgers and such . . .
But maybe my mom is right; maybe i should "eat for my blood type". that means going back to eating meat basically

Eh, I don't know about that.
All I know is that if you have diabetes, you'd probably have already lost a foot by now, with the way I've known you to eat.
