Would you:
A. Kill one person to save 1,000,000 others?
I can think of a time, not too long ago, where I would have emphatically said that killing is a line I could never cross. And yet, when faced with a similar scenario, I knocked my arrow and fired a killing shot at my target.
I think a hero could take one persons life for the good of many others, but a superhero finds a better way.
B. Kill 1,000,000 people to save someone in particular?
There's a very short list of things I wouldn't do for the people I care about, but I can't picture myself sentencing that many people to death for one of them.
Extra Credit question:
Would you sacrifice yourself in order to save 1,000,000 people even if they never learned your name?
Without hesitating.
