A Post?
Hmmm I never write in here anymore.... But I can't seem to give up completely, I mean I've had this thing for seven years. That's a LONG time.
Anyway.
I can't believe it's already February. That means my final semester of college is a quarter over. That's a scary thought. I have group projects, one that we haven't started (I haven't even met my group yet!) and one we've barely started (and that one is for the class where the project IS the grade). But I'm sure everything will be alright. I've been busy, but at least I finally got my work to cut my hours so now I'm averaging 14 hours per week instead of 24. No more 11-hour work days for me. At least, not while I'm in college. But I've been busy and I'm always tired, from the moment I get up in the morning. I think I need to find some way to have more energy. I get enough sleep...
So my computer is very messed up, I'm going to have to reformat which blows. But anyway, between that and Amanda continually telling me I should watch it, I've started watching Lost from the beginning. I'm excited. There's nothing worth watching on TV right now except American Idol and American Gladiators due to the strike, so I'm excited to be watching Lost. It's really good. But I'm only three disks in so don't spoil me any more than I already am okay?
I'm going home this weekend for Mike's birthday thing and I'm also hoping to see Melissa. I can't believe she's a mom, that's so weird. But she'll make a great mom, probably best out of all my friends. I wanna go to the store and buy Jackson a little stuffed monkey to go with his jungle-themed nursery since I didn't know about the theme before buying my shower gifts. It just seems so weird to me that any of my friends could be a mom. I don't even know any of my sister's friends who are older who are parents! But like I said, Melissa will be great.
We got tons of snow yesterday. Too bad I didn't have any classes to get cancelled. Manda had one cancelled. I just worked. Now I've got to go out in the frozen tundra to go to class all day. I might end up skipping my last class since I have an exam in the class before it. If I get done early I might decide not to stick around. I heard we were supposed to get like 10 inches of snow. I don't think we got that much. But it was snowing like crazy yesterday. I'm ready for springtime now.
EDIT: According to weather.com we got 8.7 inches. Pretty close to that 10...
