Andy's relationship with guilt and his own actions is compelling, and I find the more I see of the other side-- the one with Lucy and the front he puts on-- the more I feel I know about Andy as a character. The skeletons in his closet are ominous and shit-storm-y and when/if it all comes out, the ramifications are going to be incredible. Also, his writing looks incredibly hard to be consistent with.
Annoux is interesting. I know only bit and pieces about the character, but his backstory promises to be compelling as hell, and I feel like if someone dug into it, there's something more to his character than incompetent bard.
Grikk makes me laugh. The end.
Haast, whenever he appears, is so eloquent it makes me fff. Messed up? Yes. Confused? Yes. But he's got eloquence and grace in his words, and I am forever jealous you can write it.
Lazirus is crazy in the best way. I can't imagine what writing him is like, or getting into his head. His confusion and innocence is really well written, and he's probably one of the best portrayals I've seen of someone who's handicapped. You don't fall into stereotypes, and you give him a rare degree of agency.

He's funny, fucked up, and is a fuck up. I feel bad for him and I want to slap him at the same time. He's got history and feels vivid. Reading his thoughts and adventures makes me unbelievably happy.
In sum, you are amazing at making characters and writing them. You've yet to produce a single character I haven't looked at and gone 'fuck yeah that's amazing'.
