W3 D1,2,3

I've been doing the runs -- just haven't posted. I moved into an apartment 10 days ago and for some reason life got crazy busy about that time. Good thing is that I now have 24 hour access to a fitness room. I'll admit I'm a wuss and I don't like running in the heat(I hate sweating!) so I've been using said fitness room to run on the treadmill.

Oh how I love treadmill running!

I went back to following Ullrey's podcasts and did 3 days of week 3. The three minute runs are relatively easy now and on the last day I added a couple of 5 minute segments.

The Candlelight run is in 24 days. ACK! This weekend I'm heading over to start running the course so I can get used to the hills.

So -- I'm back. I've missed all of you!!!
