I did it -- I ran all 6 segments for the complete time. Segment 5 was still the toughest -- the 6th run seems like a breeze (might have helped that I was going down a slight hill!).

It was good today and I was pumped after. I used my brand new Nike+ shoes -- was great hearing the lady tell me at the end that I'd gone 2.22 miles and burned 315 calories -- all in 27 minutes!

Typical (for me) cramps associated with exercise -- must look for an explanation for this.

Can't wait for Wednesday's run!
