Merry Christmas from EvaWally
I inked the lovely pencils I commissioned from bri_chan as my Christmas gift for my boyfriend ericvids where I asked her to draw us as EVE and WALL-E, as this is the movie we watched on our first movie date.
Eric and I spent the day of Christmas Eve this year together for the first time, lounging/flopping around in bed, with him playing Mariokart 7 in his 3DS and me playing Dr. Mario in my DS Lite.
We got up to leave for our appointment with JannPaul in Orchard. There we talked with Amy, who helped us decide on a ring. I specified for a bezel setting in white gold, as I feel it is the most practical, (considering what a huge klutz I am XD) and it also sets it apart from the usual/generic solitaire engagement ring. I was undecided at one point between a heavy bezel setting and a half-bezel, but I felt the half-bezel to be too delicate and girly for my personality, while he chose the bigger diamond because it's GIA-certified (oh u sweety) :*
We had ourselves a Baconator brunch after that, followed by taiyakis for dessert before heading home.
