because if you think this isn't happening in OUR state care facilities you are the delusional one.
The mentally ill have no-one to listen to them, they are treated like shit because everyone believes they are lying or making things up but this shit DOES happen... in our state hospitals psychiatric patients are second class citizens who are told they are being irrational for simply wanting to be treated like humans. Our psych wards are full of staff who think that cruelty is the best way to "snap us out of it" and nobody believes the victim because after all they are just crazy right.
