Review of 2011 and Goals for 2012

The first week of the year is over already. Hope it was a good one for you. Mine hasn't been that great. I haven't been sleeping and work has been pretty bad. Friday was bad enough to make me cry with frustration. Driving lessons aren't that bad if you're willing to stall any social life for a few months. I think I spent £150 a month for 6 months when I learned. It's actually owning and running a car that's the expensive part ;)

Sorry to hear things haven't been the best a work! *hugs*

I hear you about the "small" To Read list. I think one book a month is a nice goal to start with and should make it easier to get back to reading more regularly. I'm looking for a low-pressure challenge/resolution as far as my own reading is concerned too. I miss reading actual, published books. I really need to do something about it.

I would love to learn to play the violin! I've never taken any lesson, though. It looks such a difficult intrument to learn to play. Do many adults learn to play the violin? And suceed?

And, yes, I'm planning on getting my driver licence too. One day. My goal this year is to pass my exams and get my degree, though, so that'll have to wait.

All that to say, I approve of your list :-)
