New Season
So the new TV season has properly started and it's about time I caught up with my reviews.

Supernatural
Let me start by admitting that I wasn't expecting much. Last year was not the finest and I was very afraid of what they might do this year to make it worse.
I have never been so happy to be proved wrong. I loved the episode. It was a hundred times better than last year's season opener. It was interesting and funny and while it didn't have the twists and turns and I hoped for, it was good Supernatural.
I haven't read many reviews because last year that just made me hate the fandom with a passion, so I don't know how everyone is taking the "God saved Dean" twist, but I will say this. I love it. I love that Sam is Hell's Chosen One and Dean is Heaven's. I love that they won't ever let that come between them.
I love Castiel. He's hot and abrupt and a wee bit dark and that makes him interesting. I still don't like Ruby because I've never known what they're trying to do with her character and the current flip-flopping personality isn't helping. I'm hoping that will change.
I love that Bobby threw holy water on Dean when Dean just wanted a hug. I loved Sam and Dean's reunion. I loved Dean's reunion with his car and the modifications Sam had made. In short, I love my show again.
How I Met Your Mother
When I read the two line plot synopsis last week I was so afraid they were going to screw up the whole Barney/Robin thing, even though I've never had any reason to doubt this show.
I'm happy to say I worried over nothing. Barney being so ridiculously cute and in love and yet still Barney is a joy to watch. And Robin truly having no clue what was going on - and just wanting her weird jerk of a friend back - was so well done. It makes me so happy.
Oh, and Alyson Hannigan continues to get hotter every year.
Entourage
I love Entourage. There are 3 reasons for this. 1. Ari. 2. Mrs Ari. 3. Lloyd.
Sad to say, as time has gone on I've found I care less and less for the others. E has become especially irritating (what's up with that? he used to be one of the reasons!). Vince does nothing. I spend all my time waiting for the good stuff.
Luckily there is good stuff to be had. Ari racing in the Ferrari, Ari and Lloyd and the male strippers, Ari being insanely sexy while bitch-slapping and humiliating Davies, Ari and the Mrs being insanely sexy together, omfg! I am so in love with them.
